thats a point as soon as i found the car i burst out laughing!

when my dad built it for me when i was a child he didnt take the protective covers off the shell and put the stickers on!

i went through abit of a puddle and it was bye bye stickers haha!

wont happen this time as im in charge of the build haha!

leave it in the box or get it built! :helpsmilie:

even the shells for the things are a nightmare to find.

Keep new and buy a runner :P you can get a used lot ready to run for 60ish,of course not mint but if you want a runner then get one mate? :)

Welcome Dan, might be worth looking at something like a TT01 as a daily runner?

i know what your saying but it seems such a shame to not enjoy the car than leave it on a shelf.

i dont know what to do at all!

i would say build it and enjoy it, it was your first car and if you have happy memories you can bring them back.

i would never have a shelf queen, they where built to be fun so fun they shall be ^_^ unless you like looking at it that is...

what was originally used with them?

i remember when i got the one when i was a kid it came with controller and servos and stuff but cant remember what make it all was! was like 10 years ago or summot ha!

it would of been a manual speed controller ( i have a mardave one) and its basicly not as good lol

not sure about the servos or if the manual speed controllers vary...

You bought it to have fun and build it like what your dad did when you were a kid...

you'll get alot more pleasure from it actually using it then watching the dust gather on it on your shelf ,only to sell it for a little profit in the future...

get it ,build it, enjoy it,i say!
