Hi Crawlers.

Have you try alot 1.9 or 2.2 wheel set ups?

What are the best Tires for allround crawling?  something that grips insanly well on many surfaces ?

Im thinking buy very cheap plastic wheels 2.2  and put real car balansing weights one round,  make them heavy.

I have 1.9 wheels stock,  2.2 will be better to my crawler

Any great ideas here?

Very goot 2.2 allround crawler tires?  price about 80 euros i think ?

Cheap 2.2 plastic wheels?  like 20euros 4pc

Total needs to stay at 100euro max,

100 Euro equals
89.12 Pound sterling

Firstly, don't get too attached to the idea of adding lots of weight to make wheels heavy.

Rotational mass isn't your friend.

Tyres, I would go for some Pro-line Krawlers in G8 compound; https://rcbitz.com/wheels-tyres/tyres-on-off-road/off-road/1-9-tyre/proline-bf-goodrich-krawler-t-a-kx-1-9-g8-rock-tyres-pl10136-14-104mm-class-1/

They grip very well all round.

What vehicle is it for? There can be massive differences between 1.9 and 2.2 in terms of ability and fitting your application.

Hi

thank you.

My crawler got alot torque and power.

Only problems i found out is , to small wheels,  and not wide enough to stay stable.

I really need bigger wheels, more weight, and wideners also that i already order.

I need this car climb well in wet conditions also.

The tires you link are sport scaling , trail tires.

My friend have them.

They dont handle crawling well ,  only random trail .

Mud slingers are the only good ones i know about self today,

My friend have these also,

With these you can crawle everywhere i have seen.

Mud, snow, forrest, rocks,  everything.

Only issue is they are hard find and buy.

Weight extra is good.

Losi Night Crawler got alot power and torgue,

Great crawler

Anyway the weak and poor things this have is the stock wheels and this is too light in weight stock  also.

2.2 WHEELS with extra weights, , and hex wideners, also better steering servo, this can be a great allround heavy duty crawler i thinK

Looks mean nothing when it comes to performance, you should take OHO's advice rather than dismissing it outright, he has lots of tires and experience.

These dont have big fat deep tread for example like the iroks or deep woods.

But peform better than super swampers that look like they would crawl great.
Also i wouldnt ever be glueing on expensive tires, get beadlock wheels, guess you will find out what works and doesn't depends on how much you want to spend to find what your looking for.
