TMS Posted November 22, 2019 Share Posted November 22, 2019 Hi. I've just got a used Hpi Savage X4.6 , and looking for some help tuning it to run properly. Its easy to start after using a bit of heat from a heat gun. But has rough idle and dies when I give it some trottle. Bit to scared to try tuning myself. Like anything new. Someone talking you through and showing you always gives me confidence to try myself. I'm going to give it a go. Thanks to everyone for the replies to my post. TMS Posted November 23, 2019 Author Share Posted November 23, 2019 So I took the plunge after reading lots about tuning. I found out there are two types of LSN. Short and long needle. Mines the long needle.
