  1. used to have one until i sold up and swapped hobbies, and i must say, it is an absolutely fantastic little bit of kit, and the app makes it **slightly more acceptable** to walk away and let the batteries charge/discharge, because you can monitor the status on your phone. i must make this explicitly clear though, i DO NOT condone leaving any cell unattended while its charging or discharging, because it can and will go wrong if you let it... all that aside, i would happily buy another q200 again, and trust in it to do its job well, and safely (i probably will because i'm into airsoft now, and some of the guns use lipo's)
  2. not sure many tracks would appreciate awd drifting, since the awd cars tend to smash into everything and anything they can... tis mainly RWD with gyro now
  3. I am selling my SkyRC Toro 120A Competition Brushless Sensored ESC, along with the SkyRC ProgBox program card. The ESC has never been used on a track, and was put on a chassis, only to be removed shortly after when i changed my mind on the ESC i was going to use. it is prewired for XT60, with the motor wires heat shrinked, and has only seen around 1 minute of powered use, to test the functionality, and the programming (which is where i found i preferred my other ESC for its boost and turbo features more than i did the toro boost and turbo features). Both items are fully functional, and are in like new condition, and i have included a link cable for the program card, which doesnt come with either the esc or program card from new, and the esc has the rubber blanking plug over the program port, which is the first thing that gets lost when removed. These will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 due to the value of the items, and i will be keeping an eye on the tracking info myself throughout the process to make sure they arrived safely. PayPal Goods And Services is fine, but i do ask that the buyers pays the additional fee for this sale as i will basically be throwing the program card in for free I am asking £90 + postage and paypal fee, since they are both in like new condition with minimal use.
  4. Aux channel at 45 for gyro, trim zeroed, throttle 100... the rest of the settings I leave as is, until I get used to the model again (it’s been a while since the tracks were open)
  5. itd be multicoloured for the outside of the shell, dimensions wise, im not sure, id have to measure it up
  6. im looking for some fully custom decals. i have an idea in mind of what im looking for, i just need to source someone that can finalise the design, print and cut them for the size i need. if you know of anyone that does custom decals, please let me know, it would be much appreciated!! TIA
  7. personal preference but the body posts ruined it... stealth mounts would have been better
  8. ill redact if rom the post, in not sure how much its actually worth @Iain .Rsend me a message and i can arrange something with ya
  9. today the postie brought me an esc, servo, shell, wire, light kit, program card, and paints... gonna be a busy bee today i think
  10. so, what could have happened, is either the pinion ( the small one on the motor) has broken loose from the motor shaft, the motor could have shifted slightly, the spur (the larger one) could be spinning on the shaft, or, the gearbox/diff has destroyed itself.... if youre not into stripping it down to look at it, you might need to wait for the model shops to open back up, and take it in for them to have a look at, which theyre usually more than happy to do
  11. All items listed are PayPal G&S for postage or cash on collection. UK POSTAGE ONLY Skyrc Leopard 10t brushless sensorless motor - has never been used, as new in box - NO LONGER AVAILABLE Etronix Powerpal Peak Plus LiPo/LiFe/Nimh balance Charger - works as intended, but is surplus to requirements -*SOLD*
  12. id go for the rod with loctite, and the nylon lock nuts... should be solid then
  13. id suggest the serrated nylon lock nuts... never once had an issue with them backing off, just dont overtighten, cos theyll bite into the rim and crack it
  14. possibly but since one is 1/10, and the other is 1/12, it might not work... its free to try though, never hurts to have a go as long as you dont modify it in any way
  15. hahahahah you say this, but have you tried operating an acuvance tao 2?
