dazp1976
What battery mah size & voltage are you using bud? Very important to get the right one in terms of watts and amps imo. If your using 6s for example a 50 to 80 watt charger is a waste of ££ and you could be waiting 2 hrs or more!!
dazp1976
I would go with:This for 6shttp://www.hobbyking.co.uk/hobbyking/store/__57969__Turnigy_Reaktor_300W_20A_6S_Balance_Charger_UK_Warehouse_.htmlOr this for 4shttp://www.hobbyking.co.uk/hobbyking/store/__78382__Turnigy_Reaktor_250W_10A_1_6S_Balance_Charger_UK_Warehouse_.htmlWith this:http://www.hobbyking.co.uk/hobbyking/store/__35179__HobbyKing_350w_25A_Power_Supply_220v_240v_UK_Warehouse_.htmlThen you can charge everything in parallel in no time at all.Very good value for money and you won't regret it.I charge 3x 6s 5000mah batteries at once in 40 mins with this for the last 18 months: http://www.hobbyking.co.uk/hobbyking/store/__26013__TURNIGY_MEGA_400W_V2_Lithium_Polymer_Battery_Charger_Version_2_UK_Warehouse_.htmlDaz. Gaz!
I have a ansmann x base charger here I would sell cheaply.... Say £16 posted recorded?
dazp1976
Is that a 50 watt?. Bear in mind it would take almost 2hrs to charge a 6200mah 4s lipo on a 50 watt for example. O.k. price though. Edited October 22, 2015 by dazp1976

dazp1976
Not a big lipo then I was assuming it was bigger.50 watt 5 amp is spot on to charge 1 that size.Using the Amps x Volts (max) = watts formula a 3000mah 3s needs 37.8 watts to get a full 1C charge rate3a x 12.8v = 37.8watts needed per batteryHappy bashing buddy Daz. dazp1976
Just had a look at the manual. The xbase deluxe has a lipo setting for the correct voltage for 1-5 cells but can only fast charge. There is no facility to balance the cells individually. Personally for the lipo you are using I would get this charger and psu and then when you get another battery you can get a second low price charger and use 2 chargers on the same psu (could easily run up to 4). Way more efficient + quicker. http://www.hobbyking.co.uk/hobbyking/store/__78387__Turnigy_Accucell_6_50W_6A_Balancer_Charger_LiHV_Capable_UK_Warehouse_.htmlhttp://www.hobbyking.co.uk/hobbyking/store/__35179__HobbyKing_350w_25A_Power_Supply_220v_240v_UK_Warehouse_.htmlThe chargers with a mains supply built in aren't very efficient and not as reliable in my experience.
