DUBZN1 Posted September 5, 2014 Share Posted September 5, 2014 Sooooo I have all the alza savage XL product now with the latest being the center diff At the moment I run the 2200flux motor and it the converted gear box It runs very well too I I ow the best motor will of course be a very low kv But My question is - Can I use my 2200 with the diff setup ? Wrighty8766 Posted September 5, 2014 Share Posted September 5, 2014 With the stock 2200kv on 4s I was running 12/46 and that was still overgeared, I am now running a leopard 4092 1480kv on 6s with 10/46 and that is nearly at the sweet spot, speed is good and torque is unreal. DreXeL Posted October 4, 2014 Share Posted October 4, 2014 Just done an Alza centre diff conversion to mine, I'm running a Castle 2200kv and 11/52 gearing and even at 4S it gives decent enough speeds with silly torque, temp are great too.
