    Any of you guys go to the gym? Also any diets you can recommend? Started using the gym while I was on a short holiday at hmp and have come out to carry on trying to loose weight and build together.

    Lidl have wireless ones in today chaps more than powerful enough. 19.99 with a small selection of tools and also have boxes of accessories for 11.99 :-) bought myself one of each and one of they're soldering irons for 8.99
