Hi all,
Can anyone please suggest a good 10th buggy for my 7 year old daughter?
Id like to go brushless but iv a feeling will be too fast. Is it possible to restrict the speed? I recall doing this on the nitros and petrol by adjusting the throttle servo rods but obviously not possible on electric. Would I need upgraded radio gear to do this?
Or should I look more at a brushed motor?
She wants a green body shell ideally.
Open to all suggestions.
Looking to spend between £150 and £200.
Thanks as always
Does TSM cause the servos to fight each other?
Would disabling TSM help prevent the servos from killing each other?
Seems a real shame that this happens
Hi all,
Is it ok to put lipos into storage from a full charge?
i charged the batteries hoping to get out but didn’t manage to get out and it will be a few weeks till I can get out now so iv put them into storage.
my charger said something like charge time too long and stopped the storage charge…
Ah is that why they fail? Makes sense.
But doesn’t it look a bit odd / unbalanced with just the one servo?
Is there a blanking plate in place of the missing servo?
Hi all,
I like to keep my models as stock as possible, I don’t like fiddling if I don’t need to, but, I believe the E Revo servos WILL eventually need replacing.
Can anyone suggest a good set of replacement servos please?
Thanks
Wayne
It’s a close one, I reckon the Zeees are a few mm too big.
Yeah sure, I will take some pics 👍
Seen a 6s kit which includes Traxxas ID double charger for £235 on Modelsport, that’s what PayPal credit is for eh? 😂
Absolutely gutted! The 3s Zeee lipos do not fit in the E Revo 😩 that’s a wasted £65!
looks like I’m going to have to spend £200 on Traxxas ID batteries and £95 on a Traxxas ID charger!
I’m planning to leave stock gearing, happy with standard performance and speed tbh.
For £65 I ordered a couple of 3s Zeee lipos.
I have a choice between 4s and 6sz
I am quite soft with my RCs, not into bashing them up.
Hi all,
I assume it’s ok to run my E Revo with 4s rather than 6s? Just until I can afford to buy a couple of 3s lipos. I am planning to use a couple of 2s I have from my other RCs.
Will it be massively underpowered? As the E Revo is quite a weighty truck.
Will the ESC be under less stress therefore last a bit longer?
Thanks
Wayne
Hi all,
Has anyone ever used Zeee lipo batteries?
They are dirt cheap on Amazon and the reviews look good.
I value the opinions on here over Amazon though.
Thanks
Hi all,
Iv just bought a SKYRC T100 to charge my Lipo batteries.
Can someone please provide me with a link to the correct charging leads I need to purchase?
The manual does not seem to say which charging leads are required.
I have the charger, I have the batteries and I have a brand new Erevo ready to go but I can’t charge the batteries 😩
many thanks
