Double leg amputee railway signalman, James Wide, photographed working alongside his pet and assistant, Jack Baboon, in Cape Town during the 1880s.

He purchased the chacma baboon in 1881 and trained him to push his wheelchair and operate the railway signals under supervision.

I think they are eating slugs, my cat took another 1 in the other night, went to the toilet at night and felt something cold touch my foot, that made me jump!

Just now he spends a lot of time sitting next to a bush in the garden staring intently at it, so i had to go investigate and found a hole there, i have no idea whats living in there, i just went outside to take a pic of said hole and have come across another fat toad so took a pic of that too
