chrissymk3
Is it only the tt01 that has the front/rear led lights? Was settled on a tt01d but keep seeing the tt02 crop up, is this just a revised better version?. Awesome cars and effort put in to some of these! PurpleDrumstick
I'm trying to get some info on lights as I want some on mine which is a tl01
scratcher
The lights just fit into the shell and take power from either a stand alone battery pack or being plugged into the ESC. You can run them on any chassis
PurpleDrumstick
Brilliant. Cheers for the info. I'm guessing you can use the 4x aa style battery packs like on nitros?

It was an AWD, belt driven chassis with open diffs each end, i have no info on it at all unfortunately, I bought it a while ago from a guy in my area, it did have a ford focus shell on it and 27 mhz receiver, but there is no branding, no serial numbers or anything on it at all, didnt even come with a transmitter

Gone was the huge Evo wing, replaced by a small ducktail) Xeno and HSP FF. just installed FOW on my HSP FF and still getting used to it. heavyleftthumb
How'd you do that rear window? Is it a bonnet vent off of another shell? i wish it was that easy haha. i cut the window out and then set about cutting slats of spare lexan and then plastic welding it all together. took some time but i like to be different
Glenyboy
Looks good, how'd you go about doing the plastic welding? From the pics you'd of thought that was vacuum formed
heavyleftthumb
i used plastic weld glue pal. it actually fuses plastic to plastic. very strong. its cheap too and is pretty easy to work with
