I don't know how they lock their rear diffs though so don't know how easy that will be. maverickstrada Posted February 15, 2012 Share Posted February 15, 2012 hi mate, its exactly what i have finnished and done , i converted mine to just rear wheel drive with road tyres , i took out the front dog bones and drive shaft and runs like a dream il upload some pics later and good luck ! hoopsbhoy Posted February 25, 2012 Share Posted February 25, 2012 I just recently required an evo s drift car. My mate was curios as to the actual top speed in relation to his own car. I just stuck a set of grippy tc tyres on it and it flew around, the rear diff being locked didnt make a whole pile of difference to be honest. So I would start by trying that anyway. Gavin3171 Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 therear diff on the DC evo drift doesnt have any internals. the gears inside the casing are missing so you would need to buy a new diff setup to put in the rear.
