the modeltechnics fuel isnt great. I had nothing but problems wth that fuel. Optifuel made a big difference for me. Thats my personal opinion. But like said, whats available locally to you is the best to buy.

See now i have the problem that most of the supplements and pre-workout boosters containing caffeine, after my heart incident in April i cant take anything containing caffeine so my workouts lack that extra rep and focus. If you can do it for a month do it fir good. I gave up last september using champix tablets and ive saved loads money and feel great. Good luck mate. Hope you can do it
