I've not got any pics of the Muggy just yet, It's not 100% finished so still under wraps for the moment, however it will be on video this weekend, just look out for it in the NHB bash thread good.gif

Interestingly the LST2 suspension and towers suits the Muggy better and the Muggy suspension and towers suit the LST2 better laugh.gif

Sorry for posting Muggy stuff in here but it's the nearest to a Losi truck thread we've got wink.gif

That shell came off a CEN if I'm not mistaken??

I got the shell from Mark7616, no holes, and as far as I can see never been used, not a mark on it....until I got my hands on it lol...I prefer to run the LST2 with out a shell TBH...I've found the New Era Roll bar offers maximum protection on bad landings where as a shell would have smashed to piece's, plus my build is water proof. MMM, corrosion x'd, lipos RCLazy goo, and RX is in the waterproof TRX RX box.

Sig pic re sized :whistling:

Welcome to the club mate :good:

Loving the CF main chassis plate ;)

Hi 78.8

Thanks for the warm welcome mate. :)

The carbon fibre chassis was a set i bought from the usa, a company called holeshot engineering. I have a bad memory tbh but some how can remember them as the plates came in one of those fedex packets lol.

+1, that looks real nice mate good.gif

edit, which lst is that, I'm not that clued up on spot the difference yettongue.gif

Thanks mate much appreciated. It's just a lst, with some upgrades on it. But yeah i cant tell half of them apart either  I just call nearly all of them lst's :D then i find out some of them are xxl and aftershocks and so fourth  but as long as know one knows i dont know i thinks its kinda ok :P

you know those shock covers that you get on some rc's, the ones that actually sit inside the springs, got some on my hpi trophy?

well im wondering if anyone has ever seen anything like that for the lst shocks? I'm running neoprene shock socks currently which are ok untill they get wet or slip off lol. It would be nice to see the springs again ^_^

:cussing2: Done another diff on my XXL! Stripped the sun gears in the rear diff so replaced all the gears inside the diff. Took the truck out and within 5mins it had gone again

When i received my bevel gear set there was shims in the pack that were not it the diff when i took it apart......?

Interested to know if anyone had there diffs apart and had these shims behind the small bevels or had rebuilt and shimmed the diffs at all.... I only had one shim on the ring gear between the bearing and diff housing.

The gears stripping like that suggests that i have not shimmed the diff properly but i built the diff with no oil in to check the mesh of the gears and seamed o.k. so i didn't shim it. Also my slipper is set the 1 1/4 turns out....

Feel like taking a hammer to it :angrymad:

think the xxl comes with a 1600mah battery but im not certain mate?

@ danny, gutted for you bro I cant believe thats happened again! was it the diff you have just rebuilt? in mine I know there was only one shim, on the outside if that makes any sense
