Ah nice! Yeah I've ordered some RPM front arms but maybe won't need them for a while! Are you tempted for one of the banggood special servos? They look pretty good for the money. That's a real shame about Freespace, used to be a pretty cool place! I'm sure there are some really good spots hidden away, just got to find them I guess 😂 Knightwood is a tricky one for me mate, I don't think I could get away with it because I race BMX there and they get well over the top about RC cars being on the track! I don't really get the issue, all it needs is a quick brush over and there is no damage. Check out the messages from a couple of weeks ago 😅

Yeah same as that with the MT10 mate, well I bought a 1/16 Slash a couple of weeks ago off here for my 8 year old to have a bash about with 🙂 Heli's must be cool but damn they would scare me haha. Old thread but similar issue. I use a Spektrum dx3s on my cars but not sure what way to go to enable someone else to take a car out. Is there an easy way to 'pair' tx to rx these days so I could pick and choose which tx to use with which rx?

hi all. I am after a e-clip for the trophy 3.5 lower front suspension pin, I think the whole part including pins is part number C8013 or 101020 but I don't need the pins so wondering if you guys know what size e-clips i need? cheers

Cheers for the reply mate! Its the internal planetary gears, ah no I didn't know about the harder ones, have another standard set on the way doh! lol. It guess they just cant handle the power then like you say. I seem to be missing a shim on the outer parts then, will have to order some although i guess that would not have had any influence on the insides ripping apart? ooohhhh that sounds good, any link to the castle clones buddy? Hi all, been a while! Got my electric converted HPI Trophy 3.5 out on the weekend for a rip, noticed the rear diff was slipping. Opened it up last night and it has destroyed itself. I'm wondering if some shims would bring the gears closer together to avoid it happening again? Saying that its quite a bit of power I'm running through there now from a HPI Alphastar motor and 4s. Also I think there is a little too much low end, I would like to change the gearing to reduce punch and increase top speed, am I right in thinking I need a bigger pinion gear on the motor - there is a 19 tooth one fitted at the moment (see photo).
