  1. Wassup dude, love the Jurgen, not seen that for a while good times.........
  2. I knew you'd get a petrol sooner or later looks mint dude.
  3. Maifield classes it as his best victory due to the fact that even in 2006 the Losi and Associated's of this world were far superior to the EB4 yet he still beat them to take the title.
  4. Quite a while ago now lol, things have moved on since then ahem
  5. Ryan Maifield won the 2006 ROAR IC Buggy National with a EB4 S3 Thunder Tiger beating many a Losi/Associated etc. Got him noticed lol
  6. Don't want to go on to much about it, as a Sony fan it pains me to lol. I do think however that the Xbone started off on totally the wrong foot which was as much Microsoft's fault as anyone else's (The Press, forums etc) It's a lot better than I first thought and whether you like the new Kinect or not there is one hell of a console hidden behind all the rumours etc. I'll be getting one based on what I've seen, yes it can do this that and the other in regards to media and TV, personally I'm not interested in any of that, however it's all there if you want a one box solution for your lounge. It is pretty big though so get ready to make room under the TV
  7. The Kinect plays a much more integral part in the gaming experience, not like the half baked keep Mum fit thing that it is at the minute. The sensitivity of it is massively increased, it can sense facial expression change so it can see what scares you and instruct the Xbox to use the information accordingly to influence game A.I. , it also sense's changes in body attitude so it can see you twist your wrist and adjust the throttle on a bike game, or move your finger in a sniper game. It will also work in the dark now, and the cack handed nature of the original kinect in regards to placement, room size etc is all gone, just turn it on and use it now :-) It really is a step forward, there is loads more this thing can do, however if you dont want to use the kinect, unplug it. However from the video's and the seminar that the chap gave, you really will be taking away from the gameplay in some games massively.
  8. Ok so I'm a Sony fanboy and I will be getting the PS4 no matter what, however............. Just had Microsoft demo the Xbox one where I work and it IS bloody amazing!! The controller is more comfortable and the seperate vibrations for each trigger really make a difference. Graphics??? Stunning only word I can think of, Forza looks amazing in real life. Did'nt get time to mess about with the kinect but that sounds like it's gonna bring a whole new dimension to games. Anyway as I said earlier I love Sony, but after what I saw and very briefly played today then an Xbox one will be sat next to it.
  9. Ok maybe the term blocked was a bit over the top but Microsoft did put restrictions on the sale, use and lending of used software, hence the somewhat large U turn they had to make stating that many of these restrictions had been lifted or relaxed. I didn't notice Ubisoft's or EA's name mentioned in any of the press releases regarding this, so how was it up to the publishers? I see what you are saying about Steam but I'm guessing that because they deal with predominantly downloadable software rather than hard copy (disk) and also maybe most of their business still comes from PC is why DRM is not an issue as the PC guys have had to deal with it for a lot longer than console users. Whether or not the latest console whoever makes it can do this that and the other is a moot point, they are made for gaming which is what most people want, put the game in the slot or download it and then play whether online or offline, dead simple. Personally I'm happier that the Xbone now has Blue ray and a Kinect that looks like it has better intergration in both hardware and software.
  10. Ridiculous how, they've took away the drm rubbish that was putting a lot of people off. More like good business sense, drm is up to the publishers anyway, they'll build something into the game that will do the same thing soon enough. Personally I now like the fact I can borrow a game from a friend or even dare to buy a second hand game, oh and the fact that I can take the xbone to my mates gaff and it'll work. Thank you so much Microsoft for allowing me to use something I've paid for how I want to use it, very kind of you.
  11. Dirty Electro

    Nice one fella
  12. As I work in the industry itself, how glad was I and all the other people to see Sony being refreshingly up front about pretty much everything last night Of course it's all objective but I do believe the worm has turned on this one, great stuff Sony
