@Jack Reacher I was a bit of a jack of all trades, but mostly Product Specialist / Marketing assistant with a little customer service still (I did that for 4 years before moving to marketing) for a distributor of audio products (mostly headphones). I was writing blog articles, shooting and editing youtube reviews, managing their social media...

Luckily I have quite a few skills so shouldn't be too difficult - already had a friend who works at another similar company reach out to see if they can help. 

I appreciate everyones situation is different, and its a very stressful and worrying time, but redundancy was the best thing to ever happen to me. Good luck, and regardless of all the stigma, negative press etc, make sure you look into any help you can get, Universal Credit etc. Youve been paying into the system for years, use it if you qualify/need it

Agree completely, I’m a member of many forums and Facebook groups and it does baffle me how they can’t all get along. If you mention anything other than the group specific manufacturer or another forum everyone lose their minds! ? joys of the internet eh?!

i use to use a few US   RC plane forums and everyone got along.  Apart from when i found out how bad we are treating by shops in the UK

It's weird actually, because he didn't seem happy in one of his Scuzz interviews I saw a few weeks ago :/ 

He was a great. He could do some high skips with his voice then crack it. Even live. Plus hes one of the best at pain in the voice.

Totally shocking but it always is. Even my mrs distant family member doing it. I felt gutted for his family and he couldnt see another way. The force once mind set must be something else to actually go through with it. 

It's all too common, got to be the biggest killer for ages 30-45 unfortunately. Very sad indeed especially for the kids.

Yeah it's bit simplistic to just say tax the rich more, they already do pay more because they buy higher value goods and therefore provide more in VAT, probably spend more on fuel for the gas guzzling showwagons, pay higher council tax etc. Go much higher, they become resident elsewhere, we lose big money into gov coffers and you stifle innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. The biggest problem is everyone wants more, more from the NHS, more from the police, more council services but no one wants to pay more tax. Everyone wants schools to give more, do more and send everyone to uni but no one wants to pay the bills that come with all that.

As I say, no party has all the answers or they'd have been voted in with a massive majority. It would be nice to think labour and cons could form a coalition and pick the best bits of both manifestos but lets face it, that ain't never gonna happen.

@Bigjimknickers in-ear i would go for the MEE Audio M6 Pro (use the foam tips).

On-ear i would stretch the budget to get the Sennheiser HD-25 II, very fun and have good PRAT (pace, rhythm and timing).

sounds sensible... simple and solid (bit like me), hence my rather antiquated stable

the only ones i liked was the hyper 7 and hyper 10tt but cant be doing the tuning and teh parts for the hyper 10tt is quite scarce.

Not sure you can over kill a servo for trail truck I've heard they eat 20kg servos for fun lol. Especially the wraith is it. 

Makes me more impressed with my Xq power s4020 it's done my kids scx10 for 18months now snow days the lot.

Went for the Wraith Poison Spyder, reduced at MS. Managed to get it out of the box today, very impressed with Axial, will do a few upgrades at some point.

STRC alum suspension towers, and camber block, ESE front a-arms, RPM rear a-arms. Still waiting for my 17mm hex conversion too.
