heres mine in a old case thats had several motherboards through it 🙂
all the cables down the side are network cables from a switch for consoles as i hate wifi for gaming and i also think i have more leds than the christmas tree downstairs 🙂

@Nitroholic ah sweet, it was the 1440 monitor that made me want to upgrade my 5700 which roughly has similar performance to your 1080 🙂
just ran 3d mark to compare it v my old one and got a pic of it installed 🙂
the comparison score v my old one on same cpu is at the bottom 🙂

woot awesome difference in power with the new card, been thinking off one since upgrading to a 2k monitor from 1080p a while back, getting about double fps i think and its holding its boost clock while been quiet and only a bit longer than my old one, got it from ocuk for 499.99 with free shipping 🙂

Was a tad miffed last Thursday as Steam announced a new updated version of the steam deck for same price as my 1
They also anounced a price reduction for mine as well
Upshot i put in a support ticket for difference in old/new price and i have 180 quid in my Steam wallet

good news about elsa but less good news about her brother
elsa is recovering awesome and is back to her normal self she just needs her fur to grow back in from where she was shaved
i noticed gizmo curled up in front of my room door earlier, nothing unusual in that apart from he seemed extremely docile, usually hes pawing at my door meowing to get in, a few hours passed off me passing him coming out room etc and thought something might be up with him.
i picked him up and put him on the windowsill and he just lied there streatched out instead of his usual getting up, he would have fell down if i hadn't of supported him, took him through to dads room and put him on the bed saying theres something wrong with gizmo.
he ended up trying to walk and kept falling over, seemed to be mostly focused on one leg at the back but the other back one was also seeming to give him trouble.
ten mins later he was in the car going to a pdsa vet for a out of hours appointment as our local vet was shut, they ran bloods and couldnt seem to find any thing and they dont think hes broken any thing, only thing they noticed was his bladder was pretty full, so were to take him back there the morn if he hasnt done a pee by noon.
they gave him a pain killer as well which seems to have helped a bit and hes eating and not throwing up at all, just hoping its nothing serious, he done a poop earlier but no pee
hopefully he pee's soon and then we can take him to our proper vet on monday and find out what is going on with the poor guy.copy paste from a thread i made on ocuk. -

he done a little pee a wee while back, keeping his sister seperated at the moment so we can monitor what hes doing in the litter tray, he was fine earlier then this 😞

Really is a relief to have her home and on the mend

she had her bowel opened in several places 😞
she is a trooper though and every one in the vets kept going through to see her as she was so affectonite, purring and giving head rubs to any one that opened her cage 🙂

Been a rough few weeks for my Girlfriend & I (more for her), but thankfully weve had some good news health wise and its been confirmed were expecting a healthy Baby Girl in Jan 24 🩷🥰 She is going to be so spoilt 👶🏻🙄

Finally after about 6 years my hyper 8.5 has been converted to electric, just done the first run. Only ran on 3s I'm impressed.

I appreciate this means nothing to most of you. But I work for myself, and sub contract to larger companies. I did a job a few weeks ago with a guy. Job went fine, I invoiced as normal. Was working with the same guy today, he met me and proceeded to give me a bunch of £20 notes. Confused I asked huh? He said there was a lot of scrap from that last job we did and that was my cut? What a nice guy! He didnt have to do that! Id have never known!
