Hell has frozen over! In other news, I think I might sell my TRX4M's, I've not used them since Boxing Day 2022 =/

Gonna be honest, I have a BBX, with the slipper clutch and gear diff, and Ive got an expensive sensored brushless system in it. Its cost a fortune and truth be told, its just ok. I enjoy using it, but Id be lying if I felt it was a good buy. Admittedly, I prefer a 4wd, So it could be that, but when I have time, Im going to switch the electrics from the BBX to my Top Force Evo ReRe. I appreciate its an old design, but a carbon fibre’d 4wd Top Force Evo can be had for the same price as the BBX. I know it hasnt got the charm, but you could buy a 4S Arrma/Traxxas/Corally/Associated basher for the £600ish invested in my BBX I admit, what soured me on my BBX, I paid £320 for it. A week later, I paid £299 for an Egress Black Special. A month later, I paid £399 for an Avante Black Special. I know these are old ReRe’s, but to me these are such better value than the BBX, especially considering I have the slipper clutch, gear diff, and spare wheel upgrade, so its effectively a £400+ kit. @Yrkoon if you already have the Wild One, I think youd find the BBX a waste of money

This potion. Its extremely expensive in the UK, but had I found this earlier in my life I wouldve saved countless bodyshells. Ive still got some left but snagged another one when I noticed one in stock

Depends, if you build a lot of kits, I think it pays to sacrifice buying another RC and investing in some proper tools. I dread to think whatmy RC tool kit cost, probably the same as a Tamiya Avante, but I wouldnt be without it!

Just buy a Hobbywing 1060 ESC around £20, and run lipo with stock motor. Brushless is just going to break stuff and cost you more in the long run
