@Gaz! Yeah, i've been umming and arring for a few weeks about getting one so not like it was a complete impulse buy! Read they're a bit of a 'fun' build so looking forward to that

try resetting the router off for 30secs reggie but id guess youve tried that been with virgin media way back when they were telewest comms i pay for 200meg line mine speedtests at 70-80 at times but if i reset my router its back on full whack again i use speedtest.net 

Tried that one! Along with all the usual tricks, but no luck!

They now only offer 20% off of accessories so I can't be a great help unfortunately.

Just looked on their website and it says not to use a hairdryer/hot air gun to speed up drying. But then on the packaging it says you can use warm air to speed up drying?!

Nothing really extravagant at all! Just been wanting to try it out for the ease of marking curves but no luck.

I've sent Modelsport a message as their description doesn't have the "don't use heat warning" and don't want anyone else making the same mistake

I was debating doing the sprint at Blenheim palace however I think I'll push that back to 2024 and focus on half marathon prep.

I got in touch with them for a lost wheel hex on a second hand part I didnt even buy. They were absolutely fantastic and sent me the part out free of charge. I went through CML

@Kpowell911 Yeah they're sending this out to me FoC too. Really impressed with them.

I think youre gonna be stuck with that one, as you know the Fastrax Slash driveshafts have their own hexes. Maybe you can find a 12-17mm sleeve hex?

@Kpowell911 I've found some 12-17mm converters on Amazon that'll hopefully get me through the weekend's racing. Probably should have done some more research on them before buying, but really wasn't expecting some bespoke hexes!

Ive ran the Fastrax on 2x Slash 4x4s and currently have them on my Stampede 4x4 and theyre great. 
 

Im probably going to get another Slash 4x4 and a Rally st some point, and will use them again

got fasttrax ones on a trx-4 and their good for the money although not hitting the rpm of a slash 🙂

Never rated the Traxxas stock VXL motors and ESC for anything, and when you consider a price nudging £200 for a 3s combo......er...

That EZRun combo will be just fine. Probably last longer too. And its a LOT cheaper.

@Nitroholic I always remember it running hot when I got it new probably 10 years ago, but it didn't seem happy doing it today.

I'm pretty sure I'm currently geared for what people recommended for 3s back in the day too, so not exactly stressed on 2s.

i have the same system in my corally triton and it runs awesome, the triton is 2wd but im sure it will handle a ten scale 4wd easy 🙂

theres my triton on the max 10  sct esc and motor on 2s, go hobbywing max 10 in snow 🙂
