Finally rememberd today just me and the younger kid. Ive done some free mods too stuff from my rc draws mostly plus mrs old Samsung phone. I had to buy the phone case to cable to tie to the bars. Added some stickers and pink hardware to hold the body. Its just like an rc here im wondering if more steering mod would be possible at some point? Heres the esc which killed hopes of hooking things up to it. Engine sound unit would be cool for safty as much as kids cool factor. When they zip off silent its easier to "delay" lol. Engine sound will give them throttle feedback pointer too. I have a rc system but think its poor. Theres lots more room on this.

It's not quite as bad as it looks, I think I may have pinched the seal in a couple of places the last time I had it open which has since caused it to split. She's running an 8th scale system on 3s with 500k in the CD. Trouble is, you have to buy a whole new CD casing, washers, seals etc just to get the main seal ?

Hi tried a close up of the leds they are round and look like the DIP. I use these in my Sherman firefly tank I use 3mm DIP for the flash that’s hooked up to an IBU running 3s lipo to give an intense bright flash. They do look similar, they are definitely not a flat type. I hope this helps, they are the brightest I’ve ever had, on a side note these are more cool like task LED than warm that some may use. Current state of play with mine, ebay axles and beadlocks, MT baja mtz tyres, mid mounted lipo to clear servo. Flysky GT3C bought just esc to get. Have new tranny and skid for 540, but holding off fitting that for now, want to see how far I can go with the 390.
