Our 3 day all out bashing extravaganza This is a long established bash from TM, and lasts a whole weekend The chosen dates for this year are FRIDAY the 20th, SATURDAY the 21st, SUNDAY the 22nd, of AUGUST We join up on the Friday morning. set up. An bash through the afternoon . Saturday Bash all day. and Sunday till the afternoon, then start to pack up Its Held at WICKETS FARM DODDINGTON LANE CLAY POLE NEWARK NG23 5AT GOOGLE LINK Its held in its own grounds 4 acres PLUS,of land There will be a 40x40ft MARQUEE tent, as pit area an shelter for the daytime an night time activity's Tables for pitting area Chairs Electric points,for chargers,laptops,stereos,fridges,tv's etc Toilet facilities Parking An also CAMPING There will be a LARGE mowed out bash area, with the TM RAMPS A mowed out DRAG STRIP, with Radar gun speed checks, for bragging rights, an Top speed checks Speed runs on the Road, Again with Radar gun speed checks, for bragging rights, an Top speed checks A DRIFT spot in the barn (availability to be confirmed) An this year a LARGE TRACK, with a grass an dirt course, jumps an bumps, an hopefully banked corners (soil is being brought in to do this, an help to build it, An design it will be greatly appreciated ) There will also be the use of the POND this year, so get your BOATS or Water crafts built an READY FRIDAY the friday as said is our start day,,,,,we get the place set up (all help is welcome) inc erecting the marquee,an getting all the tables an chairs set up,an running all the electrics down to it,an installing the lights an mowing the grass then we BASH,,,,,,,,,,,,,until Around 7PM we then chill,have a laugh,drink,watch vids,an camp SATURDAY get up,relax have some breakfast an start the BASHING,at 9AM,,,,,,,,,,,till,7PM an repeat night time activities SUNDAY get up,relax have some breakfast an then start an BASH,at 9AM,,,,,,till around 3PM then we start the clean up an pack away There is NO obligation to attend all 3 days however, you'll never know what you missed, if you DONT lol On a more serious note though There will be a small fee for this bash. This will be : £7 - if you spend the whole weekend, Including camping £5 - if you come just for the daytime activities on every day £3 - if you come for a single day to bash We understand that this is a different outlook on a bash, but....for the sake of securing this venue for a few years to come, maybe it's not too much to ask? Be sure in the knowledge that this is the only bash where we ask for contributions, but it is our best....... an none of the money well go to any TM Members Its purely to help the land owner cover the costs,we incur,during our useage,as this is a working farm. Remember if you're going to come for the weekend to bring enough food, alcohol, fizzy pop, whatever your fancy, enough to last the 3 days.........after all, we're supposed to be grown ups (ish) lol There are shops within Driving distance, should they be needed We should hopefully have a Bar-B-Q,there,a gas one (to be confirmed) So cooking will be done on that,or bring your own if you can But please,,,,,,NO FIRES an if your going to be using the disposable ones,make sure they are off the ground an DON'T burn the grass please Please add names to the lists an also please include what you want to do,,,,,,,,ie camping,inc help set up friday,3 days bashing camping,3 days bashing 3 days bash,no camping day bashing ETC CONFIRMED HOSS - TM ....
