Inner tie rods

Hi all can anyone shed any light on the problem I’m having? When I turn the steering left or right the inner tie rods are catching on the propshaft. I got the car second hand and looks like it’s always been doing this but I obviously want to sort it out many thanks. I have attached a video with the problem also the grub screw is in as much as it can be.

From that video it looks like the horn on the servo isint centred correctly as it looks like the steering assembly goes further 1 way than it does the other, are the steering links the same length left  and right as they should be if not they have been adjusted to compensate for this

Yes they are the same length I’m lost on what to try tbh is it worth turning the tie rods in?
