i used to do this loads, but been flying lots over the years, and using my old tires that i glued years back. Gkuing some new tires for my mt10, some backflips on area wheels. I used to just peel back the bead, but last night tried one where i lifted the bead off the wheel, and then g=popped some glue in and seated the bead again.  The glue i was using was bsi tire glue, bit thicker than i used to use but seems to have made a really good bond. Whats everyones preferred methods?

That bsi glue is great stuff, I use something similar myself.

It's ca glue mixed with carbon.... It takes 24 hours to fully cure though

the thinnest stuff you can find is best, a few drops in 5or 6 locations around the rim bead will be enough to run round and secure the tyre tyres fully. My gluing is good up to 100+ mph speed cars.

Bob Smith Industries Glue or specialist race glue from 1up/ Much More etc. https://www.zen-racing.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php/bsi-insta-cure-thin-super-glue-1oz-p-516?osCsid=8d307e8a4dfaad0178a69915214fda07
