.AJ.
I did have a couple issues while setting it all up, I couldn’t get the Aux to switch to Rock Racer mode until I increased the endpoint on my TX. I also had a odd issue with the sensor lead, it was all plugged in as it should be but the esc was throwing up a 3 flashing orange lights that indicates a sensor issue, it looked like it was the adapter cable for the esc wasn’t plugged in correctly from the factory, simply by removing it and refitting it solved the problem..... I also set brake and throttle curves while it was all connected to the laptop, I’m more than happy with the low end resolution and it has a ton of power when you mash the throttle 😂

bertberr
Couple of questions. Protek o-ring grease - better than AE Green Slime? And the Mamba X Combo, MS or imported, RC Mart etc?

Ive been using the grease for a while now and I find it really good, it’s a heavier and more sticky grease than green slime, it’s also much better value for money https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/114218161366 The combo I got off eBay in the US for £185 and chanced the import tax and (touch wood) I never got busted https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/362905804462

PraetoR
For a laugh, I'd put googly eyes behind the visors, or would that ruin the scale appearance for you?

Popular Post .AJ.
I always thought the different length shocks fitted as stock was a bit odd.... I had looked at getting another set of fronts, but they are only available direct from Redcat at the moment and they want to charge a stupid amount (£60) for the shipping to the UK. So ordered a set 103mm XD piggy’s which arrived this morning from Junfac, I ran these about 7 years on my Wraith and found them most excellent 👌 I’m not a fan of bling on crawlers so used normal m3 button heads instead of big red alloy bleeder screws, I’ll also be changing the red bump stops to smaller black Axial ones 👍
Lone-wolf
Very nice build, looks a great rig, though for me i like the chassis more than the shell...........but at least its not a licenced Jeep shell. Great build
