Slash 1 16 steering servo upgrade / replacement

So, my steering servo died. looking online and a lot of people are saying how the stock servos are terrible. i'm looking for an upgrade to maybe metal gears. the size that is allotted is very limited.

people have been saying that once in i have to reverse the steering, how do i do that? is it a controller thing or mechanical?  my transmitter isd an ACE RC cougar, 3 channel.

I know nothing of your model sorry.  But I use this in my 1:14 buggy.  Incredibly fast and no problems with power at all.  It is tiny

so i have my steering servo. ill let you guys know how i get on fitting it

steering servo was broken, but other steering components were broken... part number 7043

a friend suggested swapping it to the other side. it was simple enough, just had to reverse the steering, easy as a switch.
