It's actually a more popular way of keeping crap out than most realise.

I can't however tell you if it will actually fit or not, but it definitely does work.

yeah, I used to do it years (decades...) ago when running outdoors with a TC bodyshell....

just don't want to buy a body that doesn't fit!

I was wondering the sake about a 5b body under a 5sc body for bajas. But unsure if the mounts will line up together having the 5t plastics fitted.

Not unless you trim the 5B shell down to the point it's no longer worth putting on.

Just buy some proper crud catchers, they bolt to the front of the 5T's body mounts.

Probably cheaper than a new 5B shell as well.

Shurrup a mo, OHO.... Yes butcher, it does fit, with a small amount of trimming unless you run a TC cage, in which case it doesn't fit. I ran one on Beasto until I fitted the TC cage.

OP, apols for the brief hijack, excellent idea but have no info as to whether or not said buggy shell would fit the chassis....
