Guess what happen to this Savage?

It`s not arrived yet but you will be able to see what happens to this poor neglected Savage as soon as I get my hands on it.

The Guy who sold is a very nice person and is a dealer that bought this as is, he does not know what happened to it.

Looking very closely at the pictures my thoughts are it is pressure damage rather then impact. I would think that it has been stored in a shed with a lot of heavy weight on top of it. In my thoughts this type of damage SHOULD be easier to reverse then impact.

And NO I did not pay

I was worried about the engine `cause it was seized at BDC but it seems to be freeing up O/K

I don`t know what pressure this Savage was put under but look at that spoke  :shockingscary:

Starting to look better

Plates now good not perfect but good

Gearbox in good condition probably put a reverse module in it.

Engine now de seized and will support itself all day on compression. Had a bit of problem with engine the pressure that it suffered had cracked the crankcase by the engine mount but hopefully repaired wit JB weld

DSC00179_zpsc0c60756.jpg Battery box updated to later type as the old one was the type that was very difficult to get the clips in.

I have a set of 17mm hex wheels so will update to these.
