silone74
The old diffs are great so not sure why they changed them? Looks like quality control are sleeping or none existent, I hope the company isn't loosing quality over quantity that would be a big shame. Deafty
Taking delivery of the monster emb in the morning (MTH)
Deafty
Well an update of sorts. The monster (MTH version) came with front cvd's. The kit is identical to the emb bar the obvious body mounts, wheels+tires and body. Though the body was clear there was no overspray protective film on it! . Also it came with a 16t pinion. Went racing yesterday on my local carpet track with the emb. Ran stock setup with 20wt LRp shock oil. I made no adjustments as I felt I'd go well out of wack when I replace the stock tires. They offer great grip but I was forever grip rolling, changed my driving style slightly but that slowed me down to compensate I wanna run mini pins but,. what tires (probably shumacher's) will I need,. I find next to no info on the width. please can someone link me to part numbers for mini pins that replace the stockers both front + back. I don't wanna run rears on the front Lastly I find myself in desperate need of the SOS steering rack,. but which one ,. short or long? this is my track (though it's forever changing Cheers fellas. karting
So yesterday ended on, pods and top deck tight 40wt front 35wt rear rest the same Finished 3rd overall out of a very good grid
Deafty
What the heck are pods and top deck tight? Congrats on 3rd place though I run carbon top deck , stock piston size (for now till i get my tires sorted) 20wt allround and 3k stock fluids though will likely go 2k rear,. Less front droop helped with grip roll too, but kind of a workaround rather than a setting. Pics coming,.. Deafty
Right,.1st off I suk at taking pics.,. esp when I dont have a camera ,.sorry,. Oh and pls excuse the bad painting, my nephew wanted this black trim which I ballsed up .. anyways: Motor connectors need new shrink outa the box heatsink is taken from my buggy's 60a, loads of clearance unlike the buggy. Noteworthy is the adjustable body mounts both rear and front. As u see they are at their lowest (I lowered em),. cos of this: I'm gonna make up some lexan trim inside the side guards to keep the crap out,. then I'll raise the body back up a bit. Heres a tire/wheel comparison to the buggy. (rear) Overview: (front) and rear: And whilst I'm hear,. heres my buggy.
