Nitroholic
If it's like other Buzzflyer products, it's a rebranded item from elsewhere. Their Helis were basically Walkera items. It may well be the same with the bike which might open up other options for parts. I have toyed may times with getting an offroad RC bike, but have yet to commit. The Anderson just looks too toylike for me....especially when viewed against the Nuovo Faor offerings, or some of the ARX models. Trouble is...the price of the kits is huge. I hate the solid plastic wheels with moulded spokes look...but also can't afford to pay

smash
It's more the fact that it's a skyrc product than anything else, I'm no snob by any means as I've bought some of their gear.. it didn't perform well Tbf and the esc popped very early on before I'd even got a full pack through it.. I'm keeping and open mind though so I'm gonna be watching too.
tomr
A little update . I managed to get a couple of hours on the sr4 mainly checking it over and a qiuck go in the street Have to say the bike looks and feels very nice ,Im happy with the leopard esc and motor although there cheap and chearfull the set up works well in the sr4 and give plenty of power on 2s lipo.however the servo is junk the plastic gears had so much play in them that the front wheel wobbled and shoock like an allckey in rehab. Ive replaced the servo with a spare alturn metal geared job which has taken virtually all the play out of the steering so well happy with that. Ive completely stripped the front and rear suspension down,Glad i did i think there must be an oil shortage in china as both the front and rear shocks where bone dry.Now that they are filled 35wt front and 30wt rear they feel nice and smooth. Im on the look out for an alloy shock to fit the rear if anyone has any suggestions i may try a 1/8 buggy front shock So up to this point im a happy bunny ive sorted a couple of issues which id kind of expected id have to do now i need to get a few hours bashing in and see how it holds up.I have been told they can take a beating but time will tell.

Toxic Basher
That's a big plus then, I don't know if its just me but I really don't enjoy working on my Anderson m5, I seem to always struggle getting the thing back together. Give me a savage flux and ill strip and rebuild it blind folded but the Anderson will have me fuming in no time Edited April 24, 2013 by Toxic Basher
tomr
Recived a few packages today guys A steering damper,a threaded alloy shock and suspension mounts and a new member to my garage seriousley got the bike bug now For any of you guys interested in the size comparrisons here's a few pics ill take better pics soon Edited April 25, 2013 by tomr
tomr
The sr4's front suspesion with oil in works great and is super smooth but I wasnt really happy with the rear set up mainly because it is plastic and uses spacers to adjust the ride hieght so after a bit of googling i went for the alloy threaded shock from a traxxas revo. Its slightly longer but fits and works a treat and i was able to use the sr4's spring and cup .Not sure what shock oil comes in the revo as standard but it worked out perfect feels just right had to loose the dirt gaurd but not too bothered as the trx shock has a ti coated shock shaft Edited April 25, 2013 by tomr
tomr
Next up was to fit a steering damper as far as i know there isnt one for the sr4 so i went for the schumacher job for the m5 bike. I had to think of a way to mount it so after a bit of trial and error i managed to come up with a decent solution. I cut up one of the suspension mounts and used it as a way of connecting the damper but still allowing full throw of the steering. The bodywork also needed to be trimmed but nothing to drastic
