    Got my speed flea and it seems to work well i hooked it up to a small lipo and put it in my full size car to test, i have a honda that has a pretty accurate speedo and it compares well

    I had a modified ECX Temper that i was modding and have to say it was shaping up to do a superb job a little more work and it would of been awesome and not huge money, but crawling is not my main interest so ended up letting it go, trail driving is more my thing

    The utter "joy" of trying to rehome an unwanted model, FB group right away get offered 70 less than i want.......dont know why i bother

      A happy ending, the cheeky guy on FB ended up having the senton at my price and turned out to be a right nice chap

    I cant help on spur gears, i think the strada can go to a 27t spur from 19 stock.........and why do different makers use different pitches so we are always buying pinions

    I think we could both do with some advice on motor kv ratings, i dont think a really high say, 7000 would work but maybe a 4300 might be a step up, i wonder if @Alex97 and @GMballistic can comment on this, you already have a 120amp esc so that helps

    I would also consider a trade on something nice like a 4wd buggy or truggy but would have to be mint and of similar value

    I have made final decision to move it on, i asked on another forum about converting it to a Typhon, and it would simply work out cheaper to move the senton on and buy a Typhon. As i have openly said the Senton is a great rig, just not the right one for me

    Its early days on the Hoboa i need the senton to sell first, shame but it was just wrong car for me, i feel something like the Hoboa would get a lot more use , shame i dont have to budget of Raz Shifren

    @GMballistic wow, great reply, but cutting carbon fibre may not be on my pay grade so to speak, limited tools and near zero workshop area, but at this point lets not rule it out, i know what your saying on PPE, lets wait an see what real size the 120 is and not rulling out a different esc/motor set up even if its just 3s, options are open here, also half interested in a 1/8 like a Hoboa GT

    Oh dear, looks like i have made a huge - - - - up i dont think the 120 amp esc is gonna fit in the strada.................oops

    Today its the speed flea speed logger gps for the project fast strada (or Hoboa at later date lol)

    My Speed Flea has arrived, quick power up outside and it soon got sats, seems to work and a tiny little unit, dont know when i will test it but might put it in car as i have to go out and pick wife up in a bit

    For now its a surpass hobby 3660 3300kv, just cheap motor for testing, may upgrade it at a later date, here is a odd thing, 5200mah 2s lipo does not really fit, but the 2650mah 4s fits like a glove

    BTW i have already dropped the ride height as the back was way to high
