  The Boys is by far my favourite tv show, episode one series 3 about 10 minutes in, and I was like 'eff me they've raised the bar again.

  Enjoying it too.
  
  Not because of the story, it's very basic - but because Karl Urban and Antony Starr play, basically, the roles of their career. Homelander and Billy Butcher are just amazing. On the other hand, i understand what they're trying to do with Frenchie and Kimiko, but their interactions are just cringe and boring. Not to mention, not actually canon - the original Frenchie is pretty violent and brutal.
  
  Doesn't matter though, Homelander alone carries the show. Plus the occasional c-bomb of Billy Butcher lol.
  
  As a somewhat similarly vibing TV show, i'd suggest "Happy!" with Christopher Meloni.
