  6. 15s???? Expect wheelspin, little/no forward momentum and a soon to be destroyed drivetrain. Nice to hear that you've had to have the carbon shell repaired already, not as durable as they made out then......shame, especially considering what it cost. Lexan FTW!

  8. NCRAW, yes the Traxxas spoiler is of their 1/16 rally It was the nearest we have so far found and once fitted looks good imo. You need to address the OE spoiler holes in some way. What I did was to cut some black vinyl to shape and using the hairdryer method shrunk it over, covering both holes etc. Stick an appropriate sized WR8 sticker on top- there's a few extra stickers included in the WR8 box. Don't fret over a few scratches on the front skirt, the black marker pen works a treat.. My collection: Spoiler holes- gone: KB trimmed: This is my favorite atm, with black tarmac wheels it looks awesome!:

  9. I actually hope you succeed. Yes you may ignore advice. Yes you maybe a bit stupid sometimes. But you're not letting people put you off, regardless. If it wasn't for people pushing the boundaries and doing what they want rather than what they're told, then half the things we take for granted today wouldn't even exist! I for another, really really want to see you succeed in finally hitting 100mph!

  20. So, firstly ya tried different pack it worked fine , so use the different pack but put in the battery's from the duff pack. If that pack works the battery's are fine, if so can only say that the holder is duff or possibly wired incorrect, if wired incorrect then turn it round or swap wires mate

  31. Hi there! The track is situated in the Bagshot Test Tracks just off of Red Road. If you're interested in joining us just drop me a PM and I'll send you the google map link & details. There are no rules really, just take any rubbish home with you, stay off the high speed test track & have fun! Moving on... Is anyone about this weekend? Going to have a proper go at levelling the straight out and sorting the wooded section out. Also might be bringing a rather large saw to attempt adding a new line to make the course a bit longer! I want to try and make the track more friendly to 1/10th buggies & trucks etc..

  40. Its actually imagery to train kids that as they grow up the world becomes a heavy disheartening place full of disappointment and sadness where you cant lead a career that you wish to achieve and youll end up leading to desperate measures just to get by,in a very empty unfulfilled life where your friends are not your friends just acquaintances in the same ironic situation that you laugh off together to keep you from committing suicide.

  42. Oh and FWIW, I fitted the metal sealed bearings to the gearbox and rubber sealed bearings to the outer axles. The rubber sealed bearings keep out dirt better than the metal sealed bearings, but the rubber seals cause a tiny, tiny bit more friction.
