martin34 Posted December 12, 2010 Share Posted December 12, 2010 Hi i contacted a company about there lipos they sell to see if they could fit Deans connectors to them so they would work in my flux(i am useless at soldering).They said they could supply Deans but wouldnt fit them for me as they dont recomend them as Deans are only good for upto 70a whereas the battery i was asking about was 150a.It is a Turnigy 5000mah 2s 30c and is fitted with 5.5 bullet connectors.Is this rite?Nearly all the trucks i see are fitted with Deans.Thanks for any info. My only niggle is the + / - bullets are loose, unlike most connectors where they are in a single connector, so if you are careless enough, you could plug the bullets into the wrong things!
