I'm not the best solderer in the world or have an indepth knowledge of electronics, but mines been going strong for 6 months. Give it a try! Si Coe Posted July 11, 2009 Share Posted July 11, 2009 From Maplin - this is a good power supply and the same price as the one you suggested. It a lot bigger, and 13.8V but since a cars '12v' supply can get as high as 14-15V with the engine on your charger will be fine.
