Luckily we never encountered Mark Dutroux or any of the Government operatives covering for him at the time. Yeah great idea, get the house fixed up into a respectable looking dwelling, perfect cover for an 80's Meth lab, make sure the garden is cut weekly. But employing Dexy's Midnight Runners for the plumbing and plastering jobs was a major mistake ! Shaky should have phoned "The Sunsets" they would have still spoke to him after he ditched them years ago, and pointed him in the direction of some decent UK/Polish builders.
