dye29 Posted March 4 Share Posted March 4 hi all first thing does anyone recommend and tyres for the RF5 as stock ones are poor , also the clutch is there different types as from new this takes ages to set off im easy on half throttle before it moves and then it doesn't move fast at all . Dun2504 Posted March 11 Share Posted March 11 Depends what spring you have in your clutch , Rovan seems to standardise on 8000 RPM for engagement , but you can get 6,7,8,9,10 thousand RPM clutches . Different strength of spring . The engine should be good for over 19000 Rpm , so maybe you are not giving it enough throttle.
