Shergar
I still love this mutant parts bin special 🤣 Tough as old boots, and owes me so little money I don’t have to be careful with it either, just a rinse, some GT85 and a recharge, then a strip every few months 👍 I’m sure however the 1080 ESC is the game changer in any crawler. And an outside tap 😉 1

Lone-wolf
Sometimes you just dont have to spend a big wad to get a good model, my Injora rock buggy is a classic example and its great when you do get a model thats not got a pile of cash in it, i have a flying wing plane that i will be flying today that cost so little i honestly dont care if i crash it
Shergar
When the local rangers build you a crawler track in the forest - either that or they were just copicing trees in the woods! Antique rig, wrong tyres, green logs and steady drizzle meant it took 20 minutes to clear this 2m long pile, and I loved every awkward minute of it 😆 1
Shergar
As mentioned in the “what did you do thread”….. but now with video that might even load 😉 IMG_0526.MOV Today I learnt that the local kids DIY woodland pumptrack must be (A) Leathal on anything with 2 wheels 🤣 and (B) when natural craters are laid with dusty nylon shagpile carpet (this is Essex!) you get the effect of almost uphill ice - I had a good 5 minutes playing with this 5 metre slope, full wheelspin scuttling sideways-forward-backward until I noticed the poor Holmes crawlmaster was leaving a ‘toasty’ aroma in the air 😆 It looked easy enough, but I only managed to clear the crest twice, the luxurious shagpile not letting you hook the tires. As ever Mr Holmes sealed can survived - what have I got to do to break one!

Shergar
Floatation tyres today 😁 Zero crawling grip, but quite handy if its been raining non-stop! Local woods has a couple of streams that converge, one is usually dry though, however it was rather X-stream today 🤠 Ford 1: complete! Ford 2: Complete though the bank upwards took a lot throttle… Ford 3: Game over 🤣 Still the bonus of the woods is plenty of big sticks, ideal for poking and after 5 minutes shunting and poking (and cursing I didn’t choose wellies today!) we were free 🤠 2
