lorrylemming Posted July 10, 2021 Share Posted July 10, 2021 Hi everyone, doing a bit of a hypothetical to build to make some kind of half monster truck half trail crawler. Imagine a tamiya lunchbox, tamiya wheelie campervan, crossed with a formula offroad buggy and the ice cream van from top gear. To make this I want I want a live axle front and rear chassis, with open diffs and a semi closed wheel body. Probably using a mild brushless system. Does anyone have any thoughts on the following options? Tamiya CC02, probably not up for bashing or brushless power. Axial Ryft, would need a major body shell change, maybe the whole chassis.
