Zdos123 Posted January 25, 2018 Share Posted January 25, 2018 Hi, I have a huge problem, i just replaced the spur and pinion gear on my FTX carnage and now my motor is screeching and moves the car so slowly, it seems to have loss basically all its torque. I have meshed the gears correctly, the gears don't get damaged when this is happening and the wheels spin normally when i hold it in the air. atom3624 Posted January 25, 2018 Share Posted January 25, 2018 Is the motor spinning quickly, but the Carnage isn't moving much? Check for loose or missing grub screws. Check all gear meshing. Check driveshafts. If things are spinning, check at which point it no longer moves quickly - could even be a loose wheel nut or 2.
