Vorza hub extenders

Normally I use RC8T hubs on 1/8 - they add a nice bit of width.  Part number 89330 - I don't see any in the Uk though.  Hobao also make / sell some in various widths - again I don't see any UK stock.

Will these be ok for Vorza - Supplier in China said they would be but the wheel fitment looks different!

There the ones.  Axle size is almost certainly the same (though i can't confirm 100%) though the securing pin might be a different size.  It's likely to be close, with the pin possibly being a little smaller diameter.  It shouldn't be an issue.

Make sure you shop around - prices vary widely on these - and if ordering from outside the EU keep the order under £15 or you risk customs.  Sometimes I do two separate orders (from amain usually) with two lots of postage as it's preferable than getting the customs hammer.

Ok so I got them hub extenders from China..link below. They fit fine but the pin hole in new hub is slighty smaller with and you get new smaller pins. Now the pins sit in but the grub screw doesnt hold it in place but the pin doesnt drop out. What other way is there to secure the pin. I thought about using silicon on the pin then slide it threw to secure it when it dries. Or to drill the hole slightly bigger  (but has to be exact) to take the original Vorza pin.

I got these ---

Thoughts please.

Drill method. They 2 mm or 2.5mm? If the extenders are 2.5 then a 3mm bit will guide in nicely for the Vorza pin.

Seen it done with Kyosho ones before.

Ok thanks. Ive fitted them and the back ones seem fine the grub screw holds them in place, where as the front ones just drop through so think need drilling. Im not sure what size the pins are in diameter, if thats what your asking. I would imagine there 2mm so a 2.5mm drill bit if so yeah?
