Locking wheels......HELP NEEDED PLEASE !!!

Hi everyone

 Merry Christmas.

Santa visited us and dropped off a Seben 1/10 4 wheel drive buggy and everything else to have fun for my 11 year old son. Anyway went out first thing and he drove it around and around and everything went well. Had Christmas lunch and he wanted to go back out so off we went. After a couple of tanks of petrol he drove it down a car park and tried to spin it round to drive back and all its wheels appear to be blocked up. The engine runs and revs but doesn't turn the wheels. In fact if I put it on the floor and push it with my hand backwards and forwards the wheels maybe do one complete turn and lock solid. I pull it in reverse it does the same. Push it forward it does the same. Anyway you get the gist....it just doesn't work. My young lad is obviously not happy with his car not working. I am not happy cause I don't know what is wrong with it. The only thing I can think of is that the gearing system has broken or damaged. Anybody had this problem before if so any help would be gratefully received. Many thanks in anticipation.

best regards

Paul and Finlay

Hey B4D TEMP3R 303

Thanks matey !

i actually checked these before and couldn't see anything first time around. Although after your advice had another check and found the smallest piece of gravel wedge in a cog that I missed first time around. Anyway popped that out and it's bang on so that's Boxing Day afternoon sorted for me and my lad !

Thanks again

Paul and Finlay (aged 11)
