Take the receiver out, open it up and warm with hair dryer, look for obvious moisture. If you have a hump pack try powering up the receiver with a servo to see if it works, try both channels obviously. Think if it was the esc you would still have steering unless it proper ****ed it

Hello, if the esc has been left wet for a few days then it might not be salvageable. One good way to extract the moisture is by putting the esc circuit board in the bowl of rice. If the ESC is dead then have a look at the hobbywing range, 60a should be fine for your buggy.

I wouldn't take a hair dryer to an exposed circuit board just in case you break any thing.
