  1. Ok guys still have this engine, decided to run it at my last meeting on Sunday and the old girl got me qualified 5th in the A final! Surely a testament to the os build and design quality!!! I would still like to rebuild her with new liner piston and crank so can anyone point me in the right direction for the parts please? Had a test repinch done on a lesser engine after my original post but the engine never performed the same so am reluctant to try this on the os as she's still a screamer! Just want the run time and precise tune back .. Any help appreciated thanks
  2. http://rcpitbox.myshopify.com/products/ielasi-tuned-itd-21-4cq-square-stroke-21-4-port-competition-buggy-engine/ opinions please? Was projecting 14 min runtimes at the neo16 after just being ran in round Ledbury the week before which it gave 11.5 min runtimes flat out!
  3. Is that jar of sugar 1/10 or 1/8 scale!?

  5. Change ur connectors oxidisation has probably built up making a weak join, happens to my revo every few months. If your cells are ok and ur esc ain't thermalling it must be the connectors :-)
  6. If the receiver works u can get the esc apart, do so it won't hurt trying to dry it out
  7. Take the receiver out, open it up and warm with hair dryer, look for obvious moisture. If you have a hump pack try powering up the receiver with a servo to see if it works, try both channels obviously. Think if it was the esc you would still have steering unless it proper ****ed it
  8. Got a desc210 with servo for sale, 2 bodies and a few wheel sets for
  9. Need to drill some new holes so i can sit the XB9 on with four pegs, as i'm using the fronts only at the moment.
  10. Since this time last week the postman has been busy.. X-ray xb8 2015 (tired of my Kyosho breaking) Full spring set High def brake kit Spare shocks Clutch bearings X-ray hoody Hudy hat X2 1256 servos Spare drive train parts Shaft pins Air filters and oil Proline pin points rims and insets Answer x 4 clutch shoes Answer x3 clutch shoes Gallon of rb fuel Glow plugs Selection of Pistons Silicone oil and finally an overdraft warning from the bank :-0
  11. Have an rc8.2 nitro roller I'm selling for
  12. Pit buddy, MORE dex210 rear towers, wheels tyres for said durango, spray paint, and some bills - gutted!
  13. Today alas nothing :-( the last two weeks however have seen an X-ray xb9 arrive along with 2 savox servos, a set of mini pins with os rims, a new spur for said X-ray, a new dsmr rx, an alpha 852 .21, plugs, fuel tube, filter foams, varying oils and enough nitro to re-start a small planet rotating! just need smr's website to kick back into gear and send me my starter box rebuild bits and I'm good to go for the pending club meet at frankly mcc on the 17th :-) I'll find something that equals the handeling of this damn brittle kyosho mp9 if it kills me
  14. I had the same issue some time ago now and I never did find a solution :-/ the best I could get to work was the rather unusual program card with pins and bridges etc but didn't have the option to change to/from training mode :-/ hopefully u find a solution and share with us .. And sorry for being totally useless lol
  15. personally I've not had problems with lipos being damaged while in a car, for me it's usually when they are handled (or dropped more to point) or when they are lent to friends lol strap em down and make sure nothing is too close to moving parts and all will be well unless u chuck ur ride off a great height lol That's all folks
  16. After takin a look at the marauder use this link instead http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=17mm+road+tyres+pre+mounted&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-gb&client=safari#hl=en-gb&tbm=shop&q=17mm+truggy+road+tyres+pre+mounted No full on slicks but they are road tyres
  17. http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=17mm+road+tyres+pre+mounted&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-gb&client=safari#q=17mm+road+tyres+pre+mounted&hl=en-gb&tbm=shop theres a few to choose from it seems but would depend on the style/wheel size u want
  18. Welcome :-) Proline and Schumacher both do slicks but would need gluing on some 17mm rims, there are brands that do pre-glued roadies but I'm afraid the names escape me.. I'll have a google and come back..
