Now iv put in new diff, alloy gear holder and gears, alloy front end and disc brakes, alloy servo tray, alloy rear hubs, ball drive shafts, killer bee kill switch, 813 carb velocity stack and K&N filter with outwearers, samba race pipe, new fuel tank and pipes also mesh mod where flywheel is. Started after a few pulls when built back up and was fine but a few hours after can I hell start it and to top it the steering servo started to smoke when trying to sort brakes out on servo no idea why so thats BROKEN now Edited March 1, 2015 by Rover Man Censored swearing removed.....RM Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Then just reset needle once started, the reason I do a 1/2 turn is because its easy to reset exactly where it was.. There is other methods but thats mine an its easy. Then just reset needle once started, the reason I do a 1/2 turn is because its easy to reset exactly where it was.. There is other methods but thats mine an its easy. option 2 is to prime engine as normal, and with the 813 press the throttle 2 or 3 times and pull the starter until it starts, the accelerator pump in the carb will put fuel into the engine ready. for carbs liek the 990 once primed just pull the cord slowly 3 or 4 times before you start pulling sharply.
