Brushless conversion - ansmann virus 2.0 - kit unavailable - is any similar OK?

Hi,

 

I want to convert my ansmann virus 2.0 nitro to brushlless, but cant find conversion kit anywhere on the net (out of stock!?)

The part number is 127000105 Ansmann Racing Brushless Conversion Kit - Virus/Terrier.

Similar kits are available for other ansmann cars, but i do not know if they would fit

 

I am no expert, but I could drill a few holes, but at least the fixing for the motor would be needed from the kit.

 

Any ideas? Thanks

I believe the hyper 7 motor mount fits

look for the absima kit on modelsport, they do an ansmann one, unsure of the fitting though, but i do remeber seeing one

Ive just done the same conversion I just made a mount out of alloy 5mm angle was reall easy to do an didnt take to long to make. I just need to make a battery tray an that will also be make from thinner angle an a plate for the base

thanks for the feedback. I also found about 2310006 Absima Brushless Conversion Kit.

But it is nowhere available - out of stock, on order, etc.

Even Absima email support said I have to find it somewhere..

My local RC dealer wants 76

Just order the absima one it will come eventually
