  1. is a losi eight brushless any good to you, its abit of a project, alot of stuff with it, can do a great price
  2. need this to go, best offer takes it, try me, not put it on ebay yet, but might have to give in
  3. bump, be going on ebay later, anyone want it before i lose to ebay? taking offers, needs to go
  4. Let's bump this This weekend only £90 posted!!
  5. Hi Guns, from what i can gather its just stock diffs, all in very good condition i will add
  6. Hi Ladies and Gents, basically i bought a savage on a whim in the hope i could convert it to brushless, when in reality i have not got the time, i have had this for literally less than a week in my hands, the savvy is made of a few odd screws, please bare in mind it is a project for someone the esc and motor is completely untested but i was assured by the last seller that it works, i dont have 2 lipos to test it with unfortunately. whats included: hpi savage 25 front and rear end complete, a converted center diff so you can have motor braking (previous owners work) set of IRC LCG TPVS 2 shells (good bashing shells) set of decent wheels for it a HPI Q-Base esc and alpha star flux motor couple of servos (also untested) tub full of screws and bits box with some nitro parts and spares. it seems like all it needs would be the conversion gear (motor mount and battery tray) lipos and radio gear, and possibly the odd screw. looking now it has been sent to me with a few drive shafts but looks like it may need 1 center one as the ones with it all seem to short for the IRC TPVS as i said above, all is untested so i can only go with what i was told. it will be partially de-assembled for postage any more info or pics just ask and ill try my best I would prefer collection and can do a better price located in Norwich if not it will be £120 and then £10 to post it off or shoot me an offer need to make some space im not looking to split, but if it doesn't want to go anywhere i nay split, but the "roller" will have to go first
  7. So before I buy new has anyone got one of the original parts? Help me out please
  8. Maybe off topic, but do you have any truggy 2.0 spares? More in specific rear to center drive shaft
  9. I have been trying to do this but actually quite difficult as its obv a different setup, think I'll have to suck it up and buy the right part, a carbon one would be, will have that flex needed
  10. So yeah, the rear diff has a cvd style drive but on the center is a cup style, I guess if the 3.0 parts are the same size it should be the same fitting, as you say giving it the room to flex In the cups
  11. Hi all, I'm looking for the above part, Hoping someone has one kicking around in the depth of their tool box, Also anyone any advise on stopping these flex on heavy landings? That's what caused my drive shaft to snap in half, or maybe any suitable upgrades?
  12. Do you have a pull start to go with the engine buddy?

  17. Firstly i have my two VERY USED electric converted rc rollers, now i say very used because they are dusty and have some odd screws however they are still fully functional all diffs have smooth movements and bearings seem ok,will just need electrics and off you go 1: Hong Nor electric converted x1CRT The Hong Nor has an abundance of spares, some are from the x1cr and some are from the crt, i keep finding more, so ill just throw them into the box 2: Hobao Hyper 8.5 (i think) Electric converted Ive used this on the beach, and after my last outing it was dusted off and thrown in the cupboad, so it has surface rust on the metal parts, but with a wire brush they should be fine, but the diffs all run smooth and rolls well, it does have a hitec servo in it which is very strong and there is another one in the spares box I want these two rcs go together, to go as a joblot with all the spares Im looking for
  18. comon then you lot, reccomend me a film, whether it be a classic comedy or a modern adventure i dont mind, just dont know what to watch!

  19. question, dropped my voltage on my lipos abit low, now my charger (core rc) refuses to charge them and try bring the volages back up, they are a 4s 5000mah,whats the best way to bring the voltages back up??

    1. .AJ.

      .AJ.

Nimh charge it at .5a until, the voltage is high enough to lipo charge, do it outside if possible and keep a very close eye on the pack as you do it. I've done it a few time myself and never had a issue

      shaun17

thanks aj, its not poosible for me to do it outside, but ill have it next to me and in a charging sack

      .AJ.

Cool, once it's above 12v stick it on lipo charge

  20. ill have a search ive got pretty much a whole x1cr somewhere, as i used the center diff to convert my crt to leccy, ill let you know once i find them, but there is plenty of bits and bobs, im trying to find some arms for my crt after i hit a lamp post lol
  21. who knows the differnce between hyper 7 and 9, want to turn my hyper9e into a rally,

    1. capri-boy

      capri-boy

9e has a rear biased diff, different arms and is much narrower. I think the diff's are diff-erent too.

  22. If the spur gear size is different on the buggy and truggy, then the highs if the duff will need to be taken into account, I'm taking this of my experience of using the Hong nor x1 crt chassis a x1 cr conversion kit, I had to use the middle different off the cr for mine,
