Any Great Yarmouth Bashers or meets planned?

I'm pretty new to rc cars got myself a FTX carnage and stuck a BL motor in it and pretty much wrecked the body shell in less than a week on tarmac and hard ground.

 

Anyone know if theres any good spots near Hopton or the surrounding area...would be happy to meet up and gleam some RC knowledge of someone more experienced.

hiya bud, there are a fair few of us from the surrounding areas, unfortunatly for you most of our group is cambridge way, its a fair distance for me from norwich let alone the added 25miles from great yarmouth lol, but me and a few people sometimes go down to great yarmouth the have a smash about on the beach, but personally i prefere waxham beach

Might be a bit premature (ooer missus), but I'm in Dereham and I'm hoping to have my monster truck back up and running this week, so would potentially be up for a bit of action. Yarmouth isn't too far away from me. Obviously Norwich is a bit nearer.

 

I'm keeping my eyes open for suitable areas in my immediate area too, so I'll post up if I find somewhere.

Great yarmouth is best for me as I don't drive so norwich is a bit of a mare for me .... hopefully we can arrange a good few locals to meet.
