techie Posted November 12, 2006 Share Posted November 12, 2006 Mini looks cool and there is no better car to practice on. I rebuilt a Mini when I was 16/17 as I was starting my apprenticeship as a mechanic. I had the seems filled at the top of the wings (common place for rust that) but with regular filler they soon crack sadly. This was how i bought it for £80 in 1992. A 1976 850cc Mini.
