Whilst they have a 24hour support contact, I notice that in their FAQ they say "Provided your products are in stock & we are not experiencing unusually high order volumes, the package will be sent within 48hrs except for weekends" I was looking at placing an order with them in the next couple of weeks, but I am wondering whether it is worth it now!!
