And its not like you get worse MPG anymore out of them. Rover Man Posted September 30, 2012 Author Share Posted September 30, 2012 Well time for an update. Now i had a couple of elecrical gremlins but there all sorted now. So a few weeks back we headed off down to Cornwall with the caravan for the Kort national LSOR race Tows like a dream and returned about 28mpg So started with the mods now. First one... My misses was using it for work but was a pain for her to park, underground works carpark + small spaces So got one of these to make it easier for her So thats freed up the D2 for some proper off road mods Needed more lights. Next some decent tyres Then today went to a small D2 owners club meet Next on the list is a remap for a bit more pulling power And off to a pay and play off road day at Yarwell in November, should be fun.
